Instructions:

1) Enter your Username and password for your webmail or social network account

2) Select your webmail or social network provider from the drop down list Click Import Contacts

3) Wait as the system loads this may take a few seconds to a little over a minute depending on the number of contacts you have

4) Write a message telling them about FOCUS (Optional)

5) Check the friends you want to invite click  Send Invites

Notes:

This process is secure and only friends you select will be invited. We do not store any of thier information.

FaceBook has 20 Invite limit per request please invite no more than 20 friends at a time as the system will not work. This is controlled by Facebook not us.
